These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and at999 ("at999," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the at999 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at https://at999.club (the "Platform").

To register and maintain an account on at999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from at999 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

at999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by at999 may result in account suspension or closure.

Players who are found to have misrepresented their age or eligibility will have their accounts immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at at999's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active at999 account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. at999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. at999 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your at999 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any third party. at999 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify at999 support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

at999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Verification may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time at999 deems necessary. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period may be restricted or closed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

at999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). at999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your at999 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the receiving bank, typically within one (1) to three (3) banking hours during standard banking hours. at999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by at999 within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically arrive in the player's e-wallet within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of processing. Bank transfers are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the at999 account. at999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. at999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

at999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• at999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

at999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers and are subject to real-time monitoring. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, at999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. at999 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Bets placed and accepted by the at999 system are final. at999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error, or in circumstances where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the at999 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the Platform.

All content on the at999 Platform — including but not limited to the at999 name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of at999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any at999 content without prior written consent from at999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, at999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

at999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

at999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. at999 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform.

at999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

at999 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform's services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers), or as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact at999 support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. at999 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

at999 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who are not satisfied with at999's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
